What This Means for Our Canada Customers
1. Product Availability
Sigenergy products will be available in North America beginning September 2025. Further updates on product lines and launch details will be shared on Sigenergy’s social media (@Sigenergy USA).
2. Warranty and Support
All existing warranties, service agreements, and customer support remain fully valid. There will be no disruption to your current experience. For customers who have already purchased but not yet installed their systems, ongoing service and support will continue to be provided seamlessly by Sigenergy.
3. App & Cloud Transition
The mySigen App will be available to North American customers starting August 10, 2025.
While the current myPointGuard App will remain functional, it will no longer receive new feature updates. We encourage all users to transition to the mySigen App upon release to take full advantage of Sigenergy’s digital ecosystem, including the Sigen Cloud platform, enhanced functionality, and continuous upgrades.
